As part of the ADVANTAGE program, participants take part in a business acumen immersion program in partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison business school.
The twice-yearly on-site program features teaching from UW-M MBA faculty together with members of the Vantage executive team on business fundamentals and practical application, using industry insights and leadership workshops.
