Mallet* BPO 3001

Designed to integrate into high-speed bakeries with multiple recipes. The touchscreen HMI with PLC controls and troubleshooting is recipe based for easy changeovers using saved recipes. Upon recipe selection, the guide rails, nozzle height and spray quantity control automatically move the to saved recipe settings for fast changeovers and minimal required operator input. The 3001 is equipped with the unique Mallet* nozzle design for excellent spray coverage. The system includes our patented PosiSpray™ spray verification controls which alarms if sprays are consistently missed; greatly reducing product loss.

Mallet* CPG 460

Designed more simply with solenoid controlled nozzles for reliable, accurate spray control of non solids containing grease. The customized nozzle caps and nozzle bars are precision machined to spray any requested cake pattern. Each nozzle bar is matched to your pan configuration for perfect spray set up. The touchscreen HMI with PLC controls and troubleshooting are recipe based for easy changeovers using saved recipes. This system comes with an Allen Bradley variable speed conveyor but can be optioned as a top frame only to mount over the customers existing conveyor. The 460 can have up to 28 nozzles per nozzle bar.

Mallet* CPG 1100

Mallet* MicroPulse Spray System

Designed for our Amarnakote portfolio of water based release agents. The simple system is flexible and highly configurable allowing it to be quickly assembled on site and is designed to be installed over a customer’s conveyor or oven band. The nozzles have a high level of control allowing the spray quantity to be finely tuned for optimal consumption. The touchscreen HMI with PLC controls and troubleshooting are recipe based for easy changeovers using saved recipes.
